A small business owner in Bardmoor, Seminole, FL, sought a professional website to enhance local presence. The project aimed to showcase the network of agents and services provided, centered around a lighthouse theme symbolizing guidance and reliability. Scope & Challenges: Created a compliant website for the highly regulated insurance industry. Highlighted agents, services, and incorporated the lighthouse theme. Opportunities: Enhanced local SEO for better visibility. Developed a user-friendly interface to attract potential clients.

he general manager of CDI Blood required an updated website design to boost fundraising opportunities for an imminent business trip. The project had a tight turnaround time of two weeks. Scope & Challenges Redesigned the website to modernize its appearance. Focused on enhancing features to increase fundraising capabilities. Completed the project within a two-week deadline.

Archived - Case Study On Targeting Latino and Hispanic Demographic

Due to competition in the Miami South Dade region of Florida, blood donor collections are weak. During user research, it was identified that many users have common misconceptions to blood donations and the overall OneBlood Brand Messaging does not call to action this demographic in this region. A micro-site was created to provide users with more focused Donor content and focused on the Latino and Hispanic demographic.

Archived - Case Study on Partnership with UF

Like our Miami South Dade region Micro-site, we developed a micro-site for a University Partnership, the University of Florida. We developed this with colors and treatments provided by the UF Graphics Standards, mixing three motivation concepts: Emotional, Promotional, and educational. This microsite focuses only on servicing the Gainesville region of the OneBlood service area. Research tells us that Users, when provided with directed partnership messaging over traditional OneBlood brand standards, led to increased conservations.

This Page has hidden complexity within the form. The form at the bottom was intended to prevent unnecessary form submissions by prompting a pre-question. This page led provided valuable research insights into donor behavior with pre-question forms. A large companywide initiative followed after research indicated that donors behave well with these form templates.

Clinical Discovery Institute is a Healthcare facility that collects blood products for research. This organization looks to redesign its website as new competition is moving within the same building. One user problem is that the CDI website does not have online booking and appointment services. Additionally, many individuals feel that they should be given pre-health questionnaires before arriving at the facility to save time and avoid unfit donors.
